The AHP/AHPH Series aftercooler is specifically designed for cooling compressed air. The rugged, heavy duty design features high performance bar & plate aluminum construction that is optimized for high air flow, low pressure drop, and maximum heat transfer.
AHP Series features durable black powder coating finish and detachable legs for floor or suspension mounting. Air flow is vertical so hot air can be blown away from any operators. This compact series includes 9 models with flow capacity from 125 – 4800 SCFM (3.5 – 135.9 SCMM) to be used on compressors from 60 – 700 HP (45 – 520 Kw).
AHPH Series features durable black powder coating finish and are designed for horizontal air flows. Fixed mounting feet. This compact series includes 6 models with flow capacity from 30 –2800 SCFM (1 – 80 SCMM) to be used on compressors from 60 – 400 HP (45 – 520 Kw).
UPA and AA are obsolete.
For the crossover information, please refer to page 3 in the AHP/AHPH series brochure.
The ACOC/ACOCH Series offers the best of both worlds in one compact, side by side, combination package. The design features rugged brazed aluminum bar & plate construction with detachable legs for ease of mounting. In a single combined core, the high-performing unit cools rotary screw compressor oil and compressed air. The compact design makes this unit ideal for field conversions, stringent space requirements and remote location mounting. The series includes fifteen models with flow capacities from 175-1800 SCFM (4.96-50.97 SCMM) to be used on compressors from 15-360 HP (11.2-268.5 KW).
The AB Series is a high performance aftercooler that utilizes supplied water to cool compressed gas or air from piston compressors. The unit is constructed using round copper tubes which allows the air side tube bundle to be easily cleaned and maintained. The brass hub and shell construction protects against galvanic and other types corrosion. This aftercooler is ideal for piston or screw style compressors. The series includes ten models with flow capacities from 40-3170 SCFM (1.1-89.8 SCMM).
The SSC Series features all stainless steel construction for applications where poor cooling water condition exists. The proven fixed tubesheet design shell and tube heat exchanger offers the cost effectiveness that comes with having a highly standard design, while easily providing for various options to meet specific application requirements. Custom models are also available.
The K Series features optimal heat rejection with its aluminum finned tube bundle design. This series is applicable to Modine interchanges and is not recommended for new applications.
The EKT Series is an EK model designed with a tank flange that allows it to be installed directly in the hydraulic reservoir. The aluminum finned tube bundle design provides an increased surface area that allows for optimal heat rejection with low water usage. An optional Surge-Cushion® bypass is available for cold start up protection or flow surges. This compact design allows for simple integration and installation in the hydraulic power unit.
The EC Series – the Green Cooler – is the larger higher performance version of the EK series featuring the same style finned tube bundle core design. The finned bundle offers the best efficiency to optimize water usage. The larger sizes can handling flows up to 250 GPM. The aluminum finned tube bundle design provides an increased surface area that allows for optimal heat rejection with low water usage. An optional Surge-Cushion® bypass is available for cold start up protection or flow surges. With multiple material options to choose from, this series can used in a wide variety of applications.
The COL Series is a water cooled off-line fluid conditioning system utilizing reliable, high performing and low-noise screw pump technology. High efficiency is achieved by the utilization of an EK Series shell & tube heat exchanger. Options include cartridge style in-line filters and thermostat temperature sensors. This series is ideal for independent cooling and filtering of system oils.
The CA Series bare bundle shell & tube style offers the widest variety of options for utilizing multiple cooling water requirements for hydraulic oil applications. It remains the industry standard in ultimate value and long-term reliability. The proven fixed tubesheet design shell and tube heat exchanger offers the cost effectiveness that comes with having a highly standard design, while easily providing for various options to meet specific application requirements. Multiple material options are available as well.
The CA -2000 Series is the largest standard shell and tube heat exchanger in the TTP product line. It features rugged steel construction and is capable of handling very high flow rates and heat transfer capabilities at a competitive price. Custom designs are also available.
Like the BPSW Series, the BPW Series is rugged, compact, and cost-effective, and is reliable over long periods of time with minimal maintenance. High plate channel turbulence effectively performs even in close approach temperatures. The BPW Series heat exchangers are made to order for your specific application with highly customizable sizes, ports and material options.
